MovidaCorona European DJ Competition – UK Final @ Ministry Of Sound, London!
THE BEGINING OF A LEGEND
The most eagerly-anticipated amateur DJ contest of the year is into its ninth season… and it’s here with a bang. For this occasion, we are grateful for support from MTV. The leader in the music world and night-time entertainment joins forces with Corona to turn one of the participant DJs into a legend.
You can become a clubland legend! If your world is deejaying, this is your Movida.
WHAT IS MOVIDA CORONA?
MOVIDA CORONA is a European House Music amateur DJ contest. The aim of the contest is to spot and promote new talents on the European DJ scene.
13 countries are going to pulsate in time to the ninth Movida Corona: Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom (England, Northern Ireland, and Scotland).
The competition is divided into three phases.
- • Phase 1: The Play-off rounds – the local classification phase.
- • Phase 2: The National Finals – the 4 best DJs from each country compete to choose the best between them.
- • Phase 3: The European Grand Finale – we pick the winner and two runners-up from among the 14 finalists.
Thus, the competition will consist of hundreds of local finals, 14 national finals and one great final event: The Grand Finale.
DJ lil Alex’s next heat will take place on Tuesday 20th October @ The Ministry Of Sound, London.
